Cloud

Splyntra Cloud is the fully managed version of Splyntra. It runs the Enterprise feature set for you — traces, risk scoring, cost analytics, evaluations, governance, and agent identity — with nothing to deploy, plus SSO/SCIM and per-organization plan gating.

Why Cloud

  • Zero operations — no collector, database, or upgrades to run.
  • Managed Enterprise features — governance, agent identity, and advanced scorers included on the right plans.
  • SSO & SCIM — connect your IdP for single sign-on and automated user provisioning.
  • Per-org isolation — tenant isolation is enforced at the collector boundary, not in the browser.

info

Governance and spend controls are Team/Enterprise features. Agent identity federation is Enterprise. See Governance and Agent identity.

Plan gating & limits

Plan limits (such as the number of projects) are defined once and enforced consistently: the dashboard gates features by plan, and the collector enforces per-plan caps at provisioning time (for example, project count, where -1 means unlimited). This keeps what you see in the UI and what the backend allows in sync.

SSO & SCIM

On Team and Enterprise plans, connect your identity provider:

  • SSO (SAML/OIDC) — sign in with your corporate IdP.
  • SCIM — automatically provision and deprovision users as your directory changes.

Configure both under Settings → SSO in your organization.

Usage & billing

Cloud billing reflects your plan plus usage. The Usage view breaks down ingest and spend so there are no surprises, and it lines up with the same cost analytics you use for your own LLM spend.

Moving between self-host and Cloud

Both editions are built from the same core and speak the same OTLP ingest and /v1 API, so instrumentation doesn't change when you move. Point your agents at the Cloud endpoint (or your self-hosted collector) and the rest is identical.
